Hello,

I have a working test site using iCagenda for event management. The event set up is very nice, and it was fairly simple to get going. However, once I moved my site from a test site to the live site (on a different host), I lost all of the tabs on the edit screen for events (I have attached an image to illustrate this).

I followed the official Joomla guide for site migration, here .

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the component, but it is still broken. So far, the only solution I can see is trying to rebuild my site on the live host but that just seems silly. Can anyone give me some advice about this, please?

Hi!

What is your current Joomla version now ?

Do you have the same missing tabs in com_content (articles) ?

Regards,
Cyril

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3

My Joomla version is 3.3.6

Yes, it looks like I am also missing tabs in com_content. I hadn't even noticed that. Any thoughts on what that means?

Solved! I really don't understand why, but the problem was with my browser. Clearing the cache on firefox made my tabs visible again. I really wish I understood what was going on, but at least the issue is fixed.

Thank you!

Yes, cache is often a possible issue, when something is not working as expected ;-)
