Hello Cyril,Thank you very much! The complete view works again after the update. Many thanks for that!The language override issue is very strange. First of all: it has nothing to do with icagenda. It doesn't work with other components either. I initially thought it would work with the other components, but I didn't have many adjustments here.
It is a core phenomenon.
I have a de-DE.override.ini file in /language/overrides/ .  I originally created it with my Dreamweaver editor. Joomla suddenly stopped using it.
When I try to edit this file in the backend via system - language-overrides, Joomla does not find the file. But it is there.
I then created and edited the file using the backend functions. My old existing de-DE.override.ini has disappeared and a new one is being created. When I call up this new file via an external editor and edit and save it with my override entries, Joomla can no longer find the file! The file permissions are identical. So the cause must be the content. I suspect that it is due to my comment fields and the override file does not accept lines with a semicolon at the beginning. I have now created an override file WITHOUT comment lines and it works!!!I have another minor issue that could perhaps be considered in one of the next iCagenda updates.
When displaying the participants, the arrow from bootstrap points in the wrong direction when first called.
In the file: administrator/components/com_icagenda/src/Utilities/Registration/Participants.php
„collapsed“ should be added to line 196 in the button classSo that it looks like this at the end:
$list_participants.= ' <button class="accordion-button collapsed" type="button" data-bs-toggle="collapse"  etc.So far I have changed this manually after every update.Once again, thank you for your help!

For now, only possible with custom CSS (i will add options for that next year, when i will work on the theme pack refactory, with options for themes).

So, you can use the Custom CSS option in iCagenda component Options > General Settings.

And set colors for those classes:Of course, with editing it with colors of your choice, and adding color: *white* as well for text color.

iCagenda does not have this functionnality yet.

I've planned it for iCagenda 4 and the future dates system, i will develop next year (2024).
So maybe not for first version 4.0 in the 4th major serie, but for one of the following ones.

It is a wanted feature by many. I'm aware about that. As the dates system needs a full refactory to allow much more flexibility and possibilities (repeat dates, exclude date in a period, settings per date...) it will require many changes on the way dates are stored in the database.

So, instead of working now on an import/export system i would have to redo for version 4, i'm focusing on all that should be done before to be able to start work on iCagenda 4.

For information, this version 4 of iCagenda will support only Joomla 4.

Upcoming version 3.9 will be the last one to support both J3 and J4.

Only text type in custom field available, but i've planned to add textarea for iCagenda 3.9 (just started development, so stable release by the end of the year if everything go as expected ).

For no, you will have to use "text" type, and you will be able to edit the custom field to textarea when this one will be available.

Other solution, if you don't use the "Notes" core field, you can override it in admin custom fields of iCagenda, and set the name as you want it

iCagenda calendar navigation (month or year switching) does not work when Joomla system cache in Global Configuration -> System is on (no matter conservative or progressive). The latest version of iCagenda (at the moment of writing) is installed (3.8.18).

Could you give more details on what you would like to do ?

If it's options to set a start and end datetime of publication, this is in my todo list already.
I don't know yet when i will work on it, but maybe 3.9 if its development goes well until end of year.
