[VIEWED] Events don't show in calendar

[VIEWED] Events don't show in calendar was created by greko2009

We currently have 9 Event categories but no matter what I try there seems to be no way to make the events of the 8th & 9th categories to appear in the Calendar module. All other events from the other categories appear normally.

Any ideas?

Hello,

How is set the "Filter by category" option in your module ?

Is it empty, or only 7 categories selected ? (note: if empty, all categories will be displayed by default)

I had the same problem I returned on the previous version and it's OK

Which previous version, and which version (free or pro) ? I mean in calendar module or in module iC Event List ?

We are a sports association nonprofit that teaches basketball to boys. Our slogan is "I am training to life".
Version installed: Free 3.2.13
Jommla 2.5, PHP 5.3.29
we have 3 categories:

this is the calendar:

this is the previous month:

I tried to install 3.5.14 and after that we cannot see events of the previous month and only 2 categories in the calendar, in particular the green category was not present.
I tried to change a lot of things in the options but nothing changed. Also after reading the post by greco2009 and the answer.
So I went back to the older version that works very good for us.
iCagenda is fantastic, friendly use, the perfect software for us.
But ...I had a fight with the new version....

Hi,

First, i would really recommend you to think about a Joomla 3 upgrade ;-)

And to upgrade your PHP version too (ask your hoting company).

About the difference between 3.2.13 and the latest versions of iCagenda is many issue fixed and logic improvements!

So, check the option of the module calendar, and see if 'auto' selected in "Link to menu item" option
And log in frontend with an admin access : do you have a message above the calendar with a number of events not published ?
