iCagenda 3.7 & Privacy Tools


As you most probably know, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May, 2018.
iCagenda 3.7 integrates Privacy Tools to facilitate the compliance of the extension and to make webmaster’ life easier.

Hallo,

iCagenda is great!

Now I want to change also the email-form of email for the contact-person.

Changing email for the user is done.

Do you mean the email "content" (subject/body) or the else ?

This version integrates a new Google Maps service : Embed Maps (unlimited requests with an API key)

thanke you again.

Yes content and body.
In the email for the contactperson I don't need the URl, Phonenumber.

The email for the user I've "designed" with the opportunities in the backend, look:

Hallo Testuser,
danke für die Buchung.

Veranstaltung:
Test 3

Datum (Beginn):
26. Mai 2018 - 00:00

Anzahl Plätze:
1

Hinweise:
Doppelzimmer, keine RR

Then, for this one, you will have to create language overrides (a short tutorial video to learn how to do: icagenda.joomlic.com/docs/documentation/...joomla-administrator )

Search for those strings :
- COM_ICAGENDA_REGISTRATION_EMAIL_ADMIN_DEFAULT_SUBJECT This is the common Subject of the admin email.
In English:
New registration to event '[TITLE]' on [SITENAME]

- COM_ICAGENDA_REGISTRATION_EMAIL_ADMIN_PERIOD_DEFAULT_BODY This is the body for registration to a period (from to).
In English:
New registration to event '[TITLE]'.\n\nURL: [EVENTURL]\n\nName: [NAME]\nEmail: [EMAIL]\nPhone: [PHONE]\nNb of tickets: [PLACES]\nPeriod: from [STARTDATETIME] to [ENDDATETIME]\n[CUSTOMFIELDS]\nNotes: [NOTES]\n

- COM_ICAGENDA_REGISTRATION_EMAIL_ADMIN_DATE_DEFAULT_BODY This is the body for registration to a single date.
In English:

The "\n" is to return line ;-)

Note: i've planned to change this system with a single body for both period and single date in the future, so when this will be done, it may be good to update the language string (not to be done in the upcoming months i think so not for soon).
