I only recently noticed that I have lost the ability to navigate between months on my calendar view.
When I click on the button to move to the next month, nothing happens.

When I pull up my browser inspector and try navigating to June 2020, I see that it's trying to hit /schedule-a-visit?iccaldate=2020-6-1

I can't recall, but I believe that I updated iCalenda some-what recently.

Any help with figuring out what is going on here would be GREATLY appreciated.

I would be happy to supply the URL to site if need-be, but would prefer to not post it to the public forum.

Thanks!

Hello,

I would need an online link to the page, as maybe a script error on this page, breaking all other scripts. (navigation included).

Best regards,
Cyril

Hello!

I apologize for not circling back on this earlier! I would love to share more information about my site and give you links and potentially even admin access to the Joomla back-end. Is there is a way I can enter into a more private communication so that my site's information isn't published on this public forum?

Thank you!

Hello,

Don't put admin access here, as i don't give such advanced support for free version.

But for site url, you can use the "Lock" icon in editor toolbar to set the url as confidential (only me will see it).

Best regards,
Cyril

Hello,

Difficult to know why...

Could you try to disable Quix ?

Another user has same issue, and using Quix too (so maybe the reason... a script conflict).

Best regards,
Cyril

Thank you. I really don't love that I can't use Quix, but, when I removed Quix from the page, everything works great.

I would encourage your team to consider Quix conflicts in the future or perhaps reaching out to the Quix team to ensure everything is working between your tools.

Thanks again! Really love icagenda!

Hello,

Did you contact them?

I think it's better to contact Quix so that they help to fix the issue, as it's not an iCagenda issue there ;-)

And maybe there's an option in Quix to prevent this?
As i don't use it, i don't know its workflow and settings, so they are in best position than me to solve this for you.

Best regards,
Cyril
