Hello,
i like to use this tool here to manage activies that are splitet in 5-days-sub-events, p.e. starting at october 15 with the main-event and the 4 next saturdays as sub-event-from this main-event.
This should be handelt as one event for booking and maked in the calender as one event. maybe with this forms i maked in my screenshot.
so i like to have 1 main-event and 4 "sub-events" in the calender that the user at the frontend can see,
So the link at the calender for october 22 and 29, also for november 5 + 12 should be linked together somehow. Pointing  a the main-event starting at october 15. A user should not be able to book somthing at the sub-event. important is to see when there is a main-event starting, and the following sub-evetnts. maybe in a lighter colour aswell. the next main-event, starting november 19th ahve also 4 sub-evernts and so on.
Sorry fot the bad english.
I made 2 screenshots of what i mean.

Hello,

For now, the system if multiple dates in the same event (period + weekdays to split the period into single dates) will use one URL + date for each date as if a individual event.

But, what is possible is to set the registration for all the dates of the event.
In the registration options of the event, set the number of tickets and select "for all dates" instead of "per date".

Hope this helps ?

Note: some improvements are planned for iCagenda 4, with a new dates system, but difficult today to give a date on its development. (i hope in 2023).

Best regards,
Cyril

Ah, ok. i got it. Because the Start-Date of the Main-Event was in the past, changing end up in "booking closed" fpr all running sub-events. Seems to work now.
but i need som changes to the showen date-time-format. I like to have a word (in german "Uhr") after the time. how would this possible?

Hello,

You're not the first to ask about "Uhr" added for German language.
So, i have a question: is it a standard requested in German date format, or an optionnal display ?

This is currently possible with custom css (if you have only German language on your site) :
.ic-single-starttime:after,
.ic-period-starttime:after,
.ic-period-endtime:after,
.ictip-time:after,
.ic-datetime-div:after { content: " Uhr"; }

Hope this helps ?

Best regards,
Cyril

Thank thee for the quick help, ill test it ASAP.
For my use it would be better to have the Time in a extra Field like this:
Kategorie: Workshop
Start-Datum: 12.Oktobewr 2022
Uhrzeit: 19:30 Uhr
(all in the same Font aand size - or better: Configurable...)

Hello,

I think that it was already centered with the ic_rounded theme... as it is the style for this theme ;-)

Best regards,
Cyril
