Hi,

I installed iCagenda and everything works and looks fine. I also installed the Dutch language files.
Only one problem. The date is not showing in dutch. All other words en sentences are in Dutch. But not the date.

I allready looked on this forum and added the lines in the ini files, as you suggested to another user. (see lines below)

; Server Language nl-NL
ICAGENDA_WIN_SERVER_LANG = "nl_NL.UTF-8"
ICAGENDA_LINUX_SERVER_LANG = "dutch"

But that does not work for me.
The dates should really be in dutch. This is very important.

This lines aren't in use anymore, as now the date are checked automaticaly thanks to the setlocal declared in language packs.

For me, it works with Dutch, the date are alright (Mei as exemple is well display)

This may be a server config issue.
I will try to use an other way for dates in a future release, as some few people have this problem with their server... (will developpe the same process as for calendar months)

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

Thanks for the quick reply.
Any idea when a new release will be ready ?
I think this extension is great and I am willing to donate when the date issue is solved.
Can you let me know when an new release is out ?

1.3 will be released in December (before christmas ! :cheer:

)

But i send you a version 1.2.9 with the change for date included.
If you can test it, and tell me if it's ok ?

It's in Dutch allright, but as you can see in the screenshots there is another problem.
The right date is 4 may (4 mei in dutch), but in the detailpage it says 4 januari.
