Some users report me an error with 3.1.1 front-end (and 3.1.0 too) due to thumbs generator giving some notice message, or error page.

The reason is that this new generator is working only with .jpeg, .jpg, .gif and .png (not all png, so if you find one not working, thanks to answer this post, and attach it if possible, so that i can better test it)

Currently, i can't add a good fix, as i have to leave France to Belgium for 3 days (and maybe no internet connexion).
I will be back on friday, and will work all the next week-end to solve this problem. (by adding much more control on the generated thumbs, and maybe by moving this function in admin, to prevent this problem in front-end)

UPDATED : So, if you have problems, thanks to download version BETA attached to this message, and install it via Joomla Extensions manager. (for Pro User, you can contact me so that i can send your this dev version, but in less than 24h, it will be available as official in 3.1.2 version)

You can answer this post to give me information about what happens after update to 3.1.1, type of image getting error, or type of error.

About Test version, not ready in fact...

Still some little things to fix this saturday...

For users having trouble with thumb generator (a calendar months changing really slow, or message error) you can download BETA version attached, install it via Joomla Extensions manager, and test it!

This version is not an official version. It should solve problems with distant url images, and with BMP format too.
Now accepted formats : jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp

Now, 3.1.2 is available, and fixing many issues

Note: you may have to click 2 times on "refresh update information" before been able to upgrade.


(Don't forget to update joomla to 2.5.14 and 3.1.5, for security reason!)
