HI,
Use the latest version Cagenda - Calendar Module 3.7.12 (part of 3.7.15 package). In our case there are 3 registered persons, and room for another 3 persons, total of 6. The calendar module mentioned No tickets available any more.
Any idea why this inconsistency?

With an online link to the event page, it could help.
But maybe you have changed date and/or time of the event between first registered users and last ones?
