I can not register from front-end a été créé par ion_sc

Hello,

I'm trying to use the new the 3.8.0-alpha2 version, because it is too important form me un-registred option but I can not register from front-end.

When I click on register option it works and I receive confirmation on display and by mail but on back-end my registration is on "Canceled"

How can I solve it?
