Teilnehmerliste wird nur "Anonym (1)" statt Namen angezeigt was created by raphael.schlegel

Hallo,

in der Teilnehmerliste meiner Events (nur für registrierte Benutzer), wird bei den anderen Usern statt "Vorname Nachname (Ticketzahl)" nur "Anonym (Ticketzahl)" angezeigt.
Ich selbst sehe aber immer den vollen Namen.

Woran kann den das liegen?

Hello,

An admin can see all names (related to GDPR, a site admin is the controller and/or processor of data. It is legimitate that if logged-in with an admin account, you could see the personnal data).

Thank you for you quick answer!

It it possible, that logged-in users can see other participants?
and: one user saw the name of an other - but all others were "anonym" - how is that possible?

Yes it is possible (but supposed you have the consent from the users ;-)

)

In global options > Registration tab

Set the "Name Visibility" option on "Registered Users (website)"
Then, set the "Name Consent" option on "Force Explicite consent"
Check Privacy Note too... ;-)

Sorry, but I can`t find the correct tab - not in the general joomla options (german: "Konfiguration") and also not in the iCagenda options (Tab: "Globale Einstellungen")

can somebody help me with that?
