Yes, in roadmap/wishlist, all features are not in.

For example, the new date format system, with globalization of date in different culture, was not in the wishlist/roadmap, but something i thought really useful for all users ! (have date format in your culture!)

About Google Calendar, i was thinking of it too ! About a possibility to add an event to Google calendar. About synchronisation, i will see if possible...
i will work on it later, after Joomla 3 version ready

In fact, for the module iC calendar, i will redo it in a new version, in the months to come (maybe not before this summer, because of other developpement)

About registration avatar, it is currently only using gravatar.com (auto avatar linked to an email address)
In the future, i will add more options to registration, but not before a Joomla 3 version of iCagenda is stable

About Joomla 3 compatibility, in June first in beta for pro users, and after in RC for all! (no exact date, as still some work to do...)
