Well, the only way to export will be using PHP admin... But you will get data from iCagenda tables in the way it needs to be for iCagenda on Joomla, so you will have some work to make the import request as it could maybe work on wordpress agenda extension...

But, in case your nex agenda extension on wordpress have a ics file import, you can too using the frontend add to cal function to export to iCal (or Outlook), but only possible today one by one... so if too many events, would take a lot of time...
