[SOLVED] Google maps does not show up in frontend was created by willsaunders

Hi,
iCagenda is an awesome event calendar. But one thing does not work in my case: Google Maps shows up in the backend, but not in the frontend. (I didn't either in the last version)

I tested it with different templates. So I can exlude that this is caused by the template

The line before "jQuery ..." is empty. So I miss the call for Google maps.

May be that the server blocks the exchange with google api. Could you please send the Url. I'd check this by allowing exchange for that url. But I don't think that this is the reason why.

I don't think it's a template reason, but an other extension conflict with JQuery.

Do you have an online link to view it ?

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.
Don't forget to have your Joomla!™ up-to-date!

JQuery is not loaded!

Maybe have a look at your params in ice_speed plugin...

I wanted to test this plugin by myself, but it seems to not exist anymore :

And didn't find it too on the developer website... :huh:

Oh, I see... well, it's sad.
However, the Google Maps still doesn't appear in the frontend, only in the backend. Do you have any tips what to do? I tried to change the template, nothing happened. If you don't mind, I could give you access to my admin to take a look...

Sorry, was offline for while.

It wasn't the ice-speed plugin. But I forgot to activate the JQuery plugin. Lyr!C s pointed to that and I checked it.
